Product Returns Due to Defects
If the product you received has a manufacturing defect from the first days of its use (Dead on Arrival – D.O.A.), you can return it to our headquarters at your own shipping cost. After the necessary check is performed and the defect is confirmed, we will immediately send you a new product at our own shipping cost. You must return it to us in its original packaging, with all accessories and the purchase receipt.
In the case of returning a defective product within the valid factory warranty period, you can send it to our headquarters for inspection. If a credit note is issued, it is valid for 9 months for a purchase from our store or for a refund.

Terms for Returning Non-Defective Products
If an error was made in the order by our company, the shipping costs are solely our responsibility. We will promptly send you the correct product. If the item is no longer available, the amount you paid will be refunded. In this case, please return the product in the condition you received it.
You have the right to return a product purchased from our online store (www.nanosanitas.com) within 14 calendar days from the date of the receipt. The product is accepted for return if it is in its original condition, has not been used, and its packaging has not been opened. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the consumer.
